Investment Casting Ball Valve

An investment casting ball valve is one of the valves where investments are used in making its parts, particularly the body and the ball. This manufacturing method involves making an accurate mold using the wax pattern with a coating of a shell of ceramic over it. When the shell becomes hard, the wax is melted so the molten metal can be poured into the remaining mold.

Function
