About:
A needle is design to control the flow of liquids and gasses with fine adjustments. It consists of a long, tapering stem, which look like a needle. The position of this needle can be changed by turning the valve handle. You can control the amount of fluid that passes through by shifting the needle in relation to or out of the valve’s opening. They are useful because they enable extremely subtle adjustments, similar to slightly turning on a sink’s tap to obtain the ideal water temperature.

Working Mechanism:
The working of the valve depend on precisely adjusting the needle’s position within the orifice to regulate the flow of fluid. There will be no flow when the valve is closed because the needle will be firmly pressed up against the seat. The needle is progressively raised from the seat to allow fluid to flow through the opening when the handle or actuator is turned. Operators can precisely control the flow rate by modifying the needle’s position. 4. The needle is a long, tapered rod that fits through the tiny orifice in the valve body. This is the primary component in charge of flow control.
5. A seat is the place that the needle touches to completely stop the passage of fluid.
